… to my personal webpage. Since 2014, I have been a professor of Political Science with a focus on Comparative Political Economy at the University of Osnabrück. Before, between 2001 and 2014, I was a researcher at the Max Planck Institute for the Study of Societies in Cologne. My research interests are located at the intersection of comparative political economy, democracy research, and political theory. Over the last years, I have dealt with the interplay of social and political inequality, nonvoting, and economic and social policy. I am a member of the executive council of the German Political Science Association (DVPW) and one of the speakers of the subsection on Political Economy.
